Tania Burroughs

With over 25 years of retail and pharmacy experience, Tania has extensive experience in building and developing retail and dispensary pharmacy teams to achieve amazing results.

Combined with her deep understanding of the pharmacy operating environment and innate ability to see the fastest path for successful change, Tania brings a capability to transform the most complex issues into workable solutions.

Having worked with large pharmacy groups, national pharmacy suppliers and pharmaceutical companies, Tania has a unique, 360 degree perspective on the full product and customer life cycle within pharmacy. She also appreciates and respects all of the different partnerships and relationships that combine to assist your business on its journey to success.

Tania's focus at My Catalyst is on developing the systems, processes and knowledge base for delivery of retail, dispensary and people management strategies.

Steve Taitoko

Steve has over 30 years of business management and expertise behind him. Having started his career as an accountant, and has worked extensively with fast growth companies to ensure that their businesses are structured and managed in a way to harness the growth without losing control of operations or cash flow.

He has also built a number of successful private companies in Australia and overseas, so has intimate knowledge of owning and growing SME businesses.

Steve's focus at My Catalyst is on developing the systems, processes and knowledge base for delivery of financial management, strategy development, systems integration, content delivery and people management strategies.
